Northside was recently chosen to receive a grant from the national Episcopal church! We are so grateful for this support that will allow us to launch new ways of supporting families in our neighborhood and to strengthen spiritual formation opportunities for our community.

October was a lively month at Northside for creativity and youth engagement. We held an art-themed church service, blessed our pets, and our youth groups enjoyed some Halloween fun together.

In October, members of Northside helped lead the interfaith accountability session with candidates for mayor on behalf of The Metropolitan Organization (TMO).

The Laundry Love never ends at Northside! This summer our youth led the effort at Speed Queen on Quitman. They shared quarters and detergent, got to know neighbors and spread Northside Community LOVE.

Since August 2022, we have made significant progress towards transforming our outdoor space. Thanks to so many people, our garden is growing into a beautiful and functional gathering place for our community.
